Overview

The Payroll Administrator at HostPapa supports the Finance team by preparing and maintaining payroll inputs, reviewing time records, and generating reports, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for a global workforce.

In Short

• Review timesheet entries for accuracy.
• Input global payroll data for hourly and salaried employees.
• Calculate and enter recurring payroll payments.
• Support benefits and retirement plan administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.
• Generate monthly forms for invoice payments.
• Communicate with managers for timesheet submissions.
• Maintain payroll reports post-payroll run.
• Generate Records of Employment.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll reporting.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Progress towards or completion of Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification.
• Ability for accurate and efficient data entry.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn about international payroll processing.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience with US payroll and ADP WorkForceNow is an asset.
