Overview

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s payroll processing objectives, ensuring accurate and complete employee files, and coordinating with Human Resources.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Responsible for payroll processing and coordination with HR.
  • Requires attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Compensation: $23 - $25/hour.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • Requires 3+ years of payroll experience.
  • Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar systems.

  • 401(k) retirement program and paid time off.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 or more years of payroll experience required.
  • Multi-state payroll experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Paylocity or payroll systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Some accounting experience preferred.
