Overview

The Community Referral Coordinator plays a vital role in scheduling patient appointments and managing communications with community partners to support individuals affected by substance use disorder.

• Full-time position based in Eugene, OR.
• Compensation of $27.00 per hour.
• Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing referrals.
• Requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must reside in the Eugene, OR area.
• Experience in CRM and EHR systems is preferred.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Experience in office work is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute or more.
• Must have a laptop or computer and a quiet work environment.
• Experience with community organizations is desired.
• Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in the use of office equipment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
