Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team, responsible for processing various payrolls on VIP for all WSP Operating Companies.

In Short

  • VIP payroll administration and processing.
  • Manage workflow to ensure accurate payroll transactions.
  • Assist in payroll processing in South Africa and other African countries.
  • Stay current on payroll legislation and regulatory rulings.
  • Run payroll interface and administer reimbursements.
  • Balance and reconcile payroll payments and deductions.
  • Prepare reports for Finance and Human Resources Departments.
  • Conduct self-audits on the master payroll schedule.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare IRP5 certificates.
  • General administration duties including filing.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with VIP and VIP reporting.
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing full payroll function.
  • Experience with Sage VIP People modules.
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of taxation of employer-paid benefits.
