The Payroll Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting intelligent, financially sound compliance and reporting for our Payroll functions.

Requirements

• Experience using ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll systems and analysis.
• Strong report-building skills utilizing payroll software and Excel.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (preferred).
• Strong finance skills and analytical problem-solving ability.
• Passion for using data to drive better decision-making.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
