The Collateral Appraiser is responsible for managing and reviewing residential property appraisals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Active state-licensed residential appraiser license.
• 3+ years of experience in residential appraisal.
• Knowledge of USPAP, AIR, and Non-QM lending practices.
• Experience with investment and complex properties.
• Familiarity with appraisal platforms.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows.
