In Short

  • Develop and foster new relationships through strategic account-based selling.
  • Navigate key senior decision-makers to identify opportunities and drive sales.
  • Lead conversations about Talent/HR transformation strategies.
  • Initiate, negotiate, and secure new customers while driving growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers on their talent transformation agenda.

Requirements

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, especially in Talent or HR software.
  • Proven credibility with C-Suite level decision makers.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
