Overview

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for our AI Platform For Workforce Transformation.

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients.

Requirements

• 2 years+ of experience in SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS and data-as-a-service business models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience with value-based selling.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
