As an Integrations Consultant at Beamery, you will dive into complex business challenges, build integration solutions, and work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to implement effective HR technology solutions.

• Build smart integration solutions with ATSs and HCM platforms.
• Participate in customer implementation projects alongside various teams.
• Own integrations and data migrations from start to finish.
• Identify risks and provide creative solutions.

• Guide customers through the integration processes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HR technology and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong technical consulting skills to demonstrate business value.
