In Short

• Contact new clients and manage existing contacts for the Odoo ERP system.
• Organize introductory meetings and online demonstrations for new clients.
• Analyze client requirements and assess their feasibility.
• Develop and present proposals to interested parties.
• Work with tools such as ODION ERP, Slack, Confluence, Jira, MS Office & Teams, and Odoo.
• Engage in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Daily Stand-ups.
• Collaborate with a motivated team in a supportive environment.
• Receive a comprehensive onboarding experience.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of clients.
• Participate in a variety of team events and activities.

Requirements

• Practical sales experience, ideally in IT sales.
• Technical understanding of customer needs and consulting skills.
• Negotiation proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Social competence, especially in communication and teamwork.
