ODION is a young, innovative IT company operating in the exciting field of digitalization, Industry 4.0, and enterprise software with a focus on SMEs. We are looking for you as a Junior ERP Consultant to strengthen our consulting team long-term.

In Short

• Develop solution concepts for clients and optimize processes using ODION ERP/BDE/MDE.
• Responsible for planning, conducting, and following up on workshops.
• Coordinate client requirements with the development department.
• Data migration and testing of customer systems.
• Support customer projects from process analysis to go-live.
• Train clients remotely and on-site in various software modules.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for software improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or related fields with an IT focus.
• Strong analytical skills and IT affinity.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
• Experience through internships or student jobs.
• Experience in business processes of SMEs and project management is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
