Overview

The Strategic Sourcing Director is responsible for leading the vendor management program, negotiating contracts, and overseeing relationships with strategic vendors at Banner Bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• 12+ years of vendor management experience, preferably in banking/IT.
• 6+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Extensive understanding of procurement practices and regulatory compliance.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in complex deal structuring.
• Financial and analytical acumen with understanding of spend analysis.
• Ability to lead sourcing teams and enforce policies.

Benefits

• Starting salary range: $180,000 - $240,000.
