• Develop the roadmap for Fictiv USA to support custom mechanical production demands.
• Source and develop manufacturing capacity in alignment with business needs.
• Manage relationships with key manufacturing partners.
• Lead cross-functional projects to expand Fictiv USA's catalog of services.
• 25-50% travel is required.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or manufacturing roles.
• Strong network with agile custom mechanical manufacturers in the USA.
• BS degree in mechanical engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with contract negotiation and supply chains for export-controlled technologies.
• Experience with M&A in manufacturing operations is preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, or business development.
• Strong relationships with custom mechanical manufacturers.
• BS degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience with contract negotiation.
• Experience with export-controlled technologies preferred.
• Experience with M&A in manufacturing operations preferred.
