Overview

The Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and building the procurement team’s capabilities across the ASPAC region, supporting Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle Division.

• Lead the deployment of Accor’s procurement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• 8-10 years of procurement experience, with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and contract compliance.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in budget tracking and cost management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ESG principles.
• Eligibility to live and work in Thailand.
