• Hiring two Technical Support Engineers for our digital banking platform.
• Deliver exceptional client experience for financial institutions.
• Handle incoming support cases via Salesforce and Jira.
• Troubleshoot Tier I/II issues including integration failures and configuration issues.

• 7+ years of experience in a technical support role required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills focused on APIs and enterprise software.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a technical support role within fintech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with APIs and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with core banking integrations.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-first mindset.
