Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager for the Strategic Sales Team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

We are looking for a highly experienced Strategic Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in the EMEA region. In this senior role, you will be responsible for building and expanding your portfolio of strategic new logos and expansion accounts, through outstanding outbound sales, cold acquisition, and best-in-class stakeholder management.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market approach and driving sustainable revenue growth.

In Short

  • Independently identify, engage, and win high-potential new clients through targeted outbound activities and cold outreach.
  • Build, manage, and expand a robust pipeline of strategic accounts, driving Land & Expand campaigns with a focus on long-term value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ business needs, industry challenges, and decision-making processes at all levels (up to C-Level).
  • Deliver compelling, tailored value propositions and product demonstrations that address client pain points and strategic objectives.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close deals involving multiple stakeholders, including Procurement and Executive Leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and long-term success of closed accounts.
  • Consistently exceed ambitious growth targets and KPIs, providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
  • Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the EMEA market, contributing to continuous process and strategy optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a strong record in new business development and cold acquisition (preferably in the EMEA/DACH region).
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling a sales portfolio from scratch, ideally in a SaaS or e-learning environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
