Senior P&O Business Partner - Tech Area - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior P&O Business Partner (1-year limited contract) for our People & Organization team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!

As a Senior P&O Business Partner, you will partner closely with the Babbel teams, especially with our Engineering, Data and Product teams to drive P&O initiatives in line with our business objectives and the P&O OKRs and strategy.

In Short

• Act as a link and first point of contact between departments and People & Organization.
• Lead and facilitate organizational changes.
• Build operational processes and identify development needs.
• Support teams and line managers in facilitation and moderation.
• Partner up with our Works Council on organizational topics.
• Anticipate future staffing needs and identify talent gaps.
• Assist managers in setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
• Advocate for and implement strategies for a diverse work environment.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in a P&O Business Partnering position.
• Experience in working with Engineering, Data and Product teams.
• Experience in managing different levels of stakeholders.
• Experience in partnering with a Works Council.
• Proven knowledge of HR-related topics and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Long-term thinking that can be translated into action.
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills.
