Overview

As a Senior Sales Manager B2B, you will be our sales professional and primary contact for our business clients. Your main task will be acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships with them, supported by inbound leads from our marketing team and your own outbound activities.

In Short

  • Actively search for new B2B customers for our professional cleaning services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Conduct site visits and customer meetings to analyze their needs and create suitable offers.
  • Calculate the best prices for our customers considering market conditions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure high-quality services are delivered on time.
  • Plan targeted advertising and mailing campaigns with the marketing team for customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales with a proven track record.
  • Good knowledge in price calculation and market conditions.
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
  • A team player who enjoys cooperative work.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in German and very good English.
