In Short

  • The Technical Account Manager will manage daily relationships with key Axon clients to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  • You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing best practices and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights on client needs and challenges.
  • Focus on improving client efficiency and trust in their daily processes.
  • Hybrid work mode (remote + on-site client interventions), with travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Master Axon's technologies/products, including Axon Evidence Local and body cameras.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills for effective presentations and discussions.
  • Provide level 2 technical support and maintain internal deployment records.
  • Assist third-party integrators in software maintenance and updates.
  • Develop key relationships with Axon partners to resolve issues and successfully deploy products.

Requirements

  • French nationality required for working with sensitive government data.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, particularly in technical support or IT deployment.
  • Substantial experience with large public or private accounts.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and technical project management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining software images.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
