In Short

• Lead Axon Federal business development strategic initiatives.
• Develop relationships with new and existing Federal Civilian Agency customers.
• Establish and execute a capture management business development process.
• Work independently to pursue development of new business prospects.
• Establish and drive marketing campaign plans for the civilian market.
• Provide accurate and timely long-term forecasting of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preference for Graduate level education.
• A developed network of Civilian Agency engagement.
• Experience as a Senior Executive leading programs and initiatives.
• Experience working with Federal Civilian Security and Intelligence markets.
• Extensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations.
• Clear communication skills briefing senior business executives.
• Ability to provide accurate long-range forecasting of revenues.
• Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Service (CJIS) background check.
