Overview

The Senior Sales Solution Engineer will support the growth of Availity's Healthcare IT vertical by partnering with Enterprise Sales to lead technical discovery and deliver solutions tailored to healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
• Experience with SaaS environments.
• Willingness to travel (15-25%).
• Preferred experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent fields.
• Experience with enterprise clients and buying groups.
• Ability to document technical conversations clearly.
• Coaching skills to elevate team practices.
