Overview

AutoFi is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential and active customers, helping to transition the auto industry from offline to online.

In Short

  • Generate new sales leads through calls and emails
  • Strategize with sales leaders on target and action plans
  • Perform 60+ outbound calls per day
  • Research and identify key decision makers
  • Schedule demos and appointments for Outside Sales
  • Partner with Sales Directors for skill development
  • Meet or exceed sales targets regularly
  • Manage and report activities in Salesforce

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience
  • Sales or BDR experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and follow procedures
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Adaptable, personable, and persistent
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Identifies with core behaviors: empathetic, gritty, curious, humble
