Technical Solution Executive - Automotive - Remote

Overview

Autodesk is seeking a Technical Solutions Executive focused on automotive customers to define and scope solutions within their design studios, reporting to the Technical Sales Manager.

In Short

• Work with Named Account automotive customers.
• Define digital transformation strategies and solutions.
• Assist in implementing proof of concept evaluations.
• Stay updated on automotive studio software titles.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership.
• Establish relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Manage multiple projects with competing demands.
• May require up to 50% travel.
• Join a team within a 2000+ person sales organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive or design industries.
• Familiarity with Autodesk and competitor software.
• Expertise in Autodesk VRED and Autodesk Alias.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Technical sales or project experience preferred.
• Experience with AR/VR/MR technologies beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of SubD Modeling and Data Management is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
