In Short

• Review and consolidate the interim and year-end global income tax provision under ASC 740.
• Evaluate and document technical tax accounting positions.
• Lead tax accounting for business combinations.
• Manage consolidated discrete tax items.
• Oversee effective tax rate (ETR) analysis and reconciliation.
• Partner with regional tax teams for consistent policy application.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for external auditors.
• Contribute to provision project management.
• Drive continuous improvement in tax reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Law.
• 6+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience preparing or reviewing income tax provisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a multinational technology or software company preferred.
• Familiarity with provision software.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
