Tax Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Full-time remote position.
• Run multiple departmental meetings each week, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating across departments.
• Maintain department project management documents and tools.
• Manage prospective client pipeline from post-consult to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the marketing department for presentations and events.
• Partner with department co-chairs on long-term projects.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks.
• Support department’s Executive Administrator as needed.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or administration preferred.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project management, administration, or operations.
• Preferred experience with CRMs and legal software.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
