Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a first-class Tax Manager to become an integral part of our tax resolution team! The Tax Manager will be responsible for the preparation & review of income tax returns for individuals & businesses, calculating estimated tax payments, and general oversight of other team members.

• Review complex tax returns and provide guidance.
• Conduct tax research to support planning and compliance.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring for the tax department.
• Oversee management of tax-related inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Enrolled Agent or CPA required.
• 5 years of experience supervising and mentoring staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research tax issues.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Internet service with a minimum of 50 Mbps required.
• Background checks required.
