Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting at the manager level.
• Active CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent license.
• 8+ years of experience with non-profits.
• Experience supervising tax professionals.
• Strong ownership for client service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
