Overview

The Client Accounting Services Manager at Windham Brannon is a key member of the CAS Leadership Team, responsible for delivering high-quality client service and driving practice-wide initiatives while supporting team members' growth.

In Short

  • Lead a team in providing client accounting services.
  • Manage and oversee financial reconciliations and month-end close processes.
  • Prepare and review GAAP and tax basis financial statements.
  • Train staff on various accounting software applications.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Analyze financial results and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in the development of internal team members.
  • Contribute to a hybrid work environment with flexibility.
  • Engage in community support through the company's foundation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience with GAAP and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and NetSuite.
  • Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
