Overview

The Registration Manager (Non-Profit) will be responsible for managing the registration process for global stakeholders and onsite registration at large events, ensuring excellent service and execution throughout the planning process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event registration or similar role
• Experience in non-profit environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with project management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with Cvent registration platform preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead client meetings
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
