Event Technology & Registration Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Event Technology & Registration Project Manager will serve as both a lead and consultant on medium to large scale in-person and/or digital events, managing event registration and digital platforms to create effective event experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management.
• Experience with tools like Rainfocus, Stova, Swoogo, Cvent.
• Proven track record in managing high-touch projects from concept to execution.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
