Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager B2B to strengthen our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our B2B customer relationships, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting partnerships with key B2B customers focused on used car sales.
  • Work with an engaging dealer portfolio consisting of cold and warm leads.
  • Continuously monitor the development of sales structures in B2B sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor customer performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics, and report on them.
  • Act as a problem solver to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Ready for a new challenge as an Account Manager with extensive experience in Telesales.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and being an excellent negotiator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with operational work.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Ideally, a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to competently and confidently support our German-speaking customers.
