Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer you will advise prospective and current customers on how Augment will build bespoke AI-Assistants that solve their pains and greatly improve team productivity. Your main charge will be identifying where Augment’s AI can impact our customers most. This will be achieved through a deep understanding of the customer workflow ontology, mapped to Augment’s capabilities, and then demonstrated live in our application layer. You will also be deeply involved with Product, Engineering, and Sales, ensuring the seamless customer onboarding process and that new product requests are captured and tracked.

In Short

• Engage with Customers – Serve as a key point of contact, identifying operational challenges and opportunities where AI Assistants can drive value.
• Solution Scoping & Implementation – Gather and refine functional and technical requirements for AI agent deployment.
• AI Agent Implementation & Integration – Work closely with customers to integrate AI Assistants into their workflows.
• Technical Sales Support – Build customized demos showcasing Augment’s AI solutions.
• Collaboration & Innovation – Work with the engineering team to explore technical possibilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in Solutions Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering.
• 3+ years of direct involvement in Transportation, Logistics, Freight Pay & Audit or Supply Chain Industries.
• Ability to lead large groups to meet critical goals.
• Ability to quantify business value and identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
