Head of Marketing - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to shape how the world sees, understands, and demands agentic AI in logistics. This is a foundational leadership role—equal parts brand builder, demand driver, and strategic storyteller. You'll partner closely with the CEO and CCO to define our narrative, build a high-leverage marketing engine, and establish Augment as the defining company in AI for logistics.

Requirements

• Have 7–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with some experience at Agentic AI companies.
• High bandwidth executor, hyper organized and resourceful.
• Have led GTM or brand efforts from 0→1 or 1→n at an early- or growth-stage startup.
• Think in narrative arcs, not just campaigns.
• Experience building and running ABM programs in partnership with Sales.
• Thrive in high-context, high-speed environments.
• Understand the freight/logistics buyer.
• Comfortable writing and presenting.
• IC experience building messaging and launching campaigns.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost marketing productivity.
