Overview

We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and culturally plugged-in Head of Social to lead OhChat’s social media presence as we scale globally. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior social media leader with deep B2C experience to own and shape our social vision across platforms, channels, and communities.

In Short

  • Own the marketing execution roadmap and deliver measurable user growth across paid, organic, and product-led channels.
  • Manage and collaborate with channel leads across growth, SEO, social, and creator marketing.
  • Drive experimentation, funnel optimisation, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee creator and campaign launches.
  • Build scalable systems for campaign planning and reporting.
  • Maintain close visibility on core growth metrics.
  • Roll up your sleeves where needed.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of marketing talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth or performance-driven marketing roles.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of growth KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with growth channels.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the creator economy or AI tools is a plus.
  • Startup experience is desirable but optional.
