The Creator Experience Manager will provide exceptional customer support for notable creators joining our platform, focusing on onboarding, relationship management, and promotional campaign execution.

• Support and onboard new creators on the platform.

Requirements

• Degree level education preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Talent Management.
• Passion for social media and familiarity with various platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
