In Short

  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing resolutions.
  • Respond to tier-2 level requests from foreign nationals.
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with management for solutions.
  • Lead training sessions on the Envoy app for clients and foreign nationals.
  • Pull and distribute reports for clients and legal teams.
  • Maintain team materials including SOPs and training documents.
  • Set customer expectations and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and deliverables.
  • Communicate project milestones to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Interest in immigration is preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and empathy.
  • Client-first mindset for resolution and issue avoidance.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in responses.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach to finding resolutions and improving processes.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
