• Responsible for processing embassy/consulate-based immigration applications.
• Coordinate case documentation and filing.
• Maintain client and internal records via case management systems.
• Prepare and submit visa applications.
• Procure documentation from government authorities.
• Collaborate with global teams on work authorization matters.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Monitor immigration trends and update clients.
• Work with outside vendors for application submissions.
• Participate in client calls as necessary.

Requirements

• 18 months of experience with global consular processing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for immigration law and global affairs.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Desire to learn and excel in a growing company.
