• Seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal specializing in Canadian immigration.
• Ensure effective maintenance of client and internal records.
• Prepare and draft immigration applications in compliance with legal requirements.
• Strong understanding of TR/PR and Quebec immigration categories.
• Collaborate with Case Managers on immigration matters.
• Manage temporary and permanent immigration cases.
• Conduct training and onboarding of new paralegals.

• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of law clerk or paralegal experience in Canadian immigration.
• Minimum of 1 year working within corporate immigration.
• High proficiency in Acrobat Adobe Pro and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Oral and written proficiency in English and French.
• Ability to take initiative and suggest process improvements.
• Strong attention to detail.
