• Draft, proofread, and support review of contracts, NDAs, and corporate filings.
• Manage legal document repositories and version control.
• Support contract execution and monitor signature workflows.
• Track contracts and corporate filings, maintaining dashboards.
• Provide legal operations support including invoice review and meeting notes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries.
• Support corporate governance and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a paralegal.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage high volumes of contracts.

Requirements

• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, including NDAs.
• Strong understanding of business-focused legal support.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks.
