Corporate Paralegal - Remote

Overview

As a Corporate Paralegal at Airwallex, you will provide day-to-day support to the Corporate Legal team across contracts, corporate governance, and M&A matters, helping to run the engine room of the function.

In Short

• Provide support to the Corporate Legal team on corporate and governance matters.
• Review, draft, and manage routine legal documents including NDAs and contracts.
• Assist with drafting and maintaining compliance manuals and corporate policies.
• Support corporate governance activities and maintain corporate records.
• Assist in M&A transactions by helping with due diligence and documentation.
• Support legal operations initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree holder or paralegal qualification in legal studies.
• 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in relevant sectors.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting NDAs and corporate agreements.
• Experience supporting corporate governance and maintaining legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with modern productivity and legal tools.
