Overview

This role focuses on providing legal counsel to AuditBoard’s channel sales organization regarding global partner programs, with an emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating partnership agreements.

In Short

  • Provide counseling on legal risks related to partner programs.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various partnership agreements.
  • Respond to legal advice requests from business teams.
  • Support continuous improvement of legal processes and agreements.
  • Triage workflow and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Support channel sales and leadership domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-house legal experience required.
  • Experience in technology companies preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy and information security legal issues.
  • Must be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong familiarity with SaaS business model and channel partnerships.
