Overview

As the Director of Global Partner Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our strategic partnerships and technology ecosystem, which are critical accelerants for our Connected Risk Vision.

In Short

  • Define strategy and lead GTM planning and launch execution for new joint solutions.
  • Define joint value proposition, messaging, and positioning for strategic partnerships.
  • Create processes for marketing to partners’ clients and employees.
  • Act as the internal and external expert on partner ecosystem advantages.
  • Build playbooks and resources to improve partner sales productivity.
  • Develop messaging and content for co-marketing campaigns.
  • Direct competitive intelligence program for partner offerings.
  • Collaborate with demand generation team on co-marketing campaigns.
  • Lead quarterly business review reporting for the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team focused on partner marketing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Partner Marketing, Alliance Marketing, or Product Marketing experience.
  • Experience translating technical integrations into value-based messaging.
  • Ability to span both strategy and execution in a high-visibility role.
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement in partner-influenced motion.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to build new processes.
  • Interest in customer impact, innovation, and personal improvement.
