Overview

As a Sales Admin & Client Success Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support on our iGaming email/CRM platform.

In Short

  • Manage onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Slack and email.
  • Triage issues and coordinate with engineering for resolutions.
  • Maintain CRM records and track client interactions.

  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all communications.
  • Document recurring client themes for process improvement.
  • Work within regulated environments with high discretion.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in Client Success or Sales Admin for SaaS products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
  • Excellent task management and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfort with regulated contexts and high discretion.
