Overview

The Head of Sales for UK & Benelux at eInfochips will be responsible for driving sales in engineering solutions across various sectors, focusing on building relationships with large enterprise clients.

  • Engage customers in Embedded, Software, and Digital services.
  • Run the complete sales process from prospecting to deal signing.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with VP & CXO level executives.
  • 5-15 years of experience in Digital and Embedded engineering services sales.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel 30% in the UK and Benelux.
  • Competitive compensation package offered.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering degree; MBA is desirable.
  • Experience in large account management.
  • Aggressive prospecting skills for new and existing clients.
  • Experience in offshore services in Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial sectors.
  • Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering.
  • Experience in managing sales teams preferred.
  • Ability to engage customers through consultative selling.
  • Strong business relationship skills with engineering management.
  • Adaptability to work across global teams.
  • Availability for business travel.
