In Short

  • Develop & execute a high-growth sales strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Mentor & Develop: Provide coaching, training, and professional development to elevate the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Own revenue growth, pipeline development, and forecasting, ensuring consistent and measurable results.
  • Refine Sales Processes: Optimize and standardize sales workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Recruit & Build Talent: Partner with the People Team to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success to align client strategies to drive long term success.
  • Own & Deliver Results: Take full ownership of the team’s sales targets, ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing SaaS sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in eCommerce, AdTech, MarTech, or a related space preferred.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic & Execution Mindset: Ability to define, track, and act on key performance metrics to drive sales growth.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivate.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
