Overview

We’re a fast-growing international staffing agency, and we’re looking for someone with a proven background in B2B sales who’s comfortable managing teams across Sales, Account Management, and Client Success.

In Short

  • Lead and manage our sales team focused on outbound outreach and client scoping.
  • Oversee our account management team for client service and retention.
  • Work with our client success associate to enhance the function.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for teams and coach members to exceed them.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, account management, recruiting, and operations.
  • Manage a fully remote team across multiple time zones.
  • Own the end-to-end client journey.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and high retention.
  • Report on sales performance and client health to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for efficient processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles in staffing or B2B services/SaaS.
  • Experience managing sales teams and account managers across regions.
  • Experience leading remote teams and building team culture.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication.
  • Numbers-driven and comfortable with metrics and reporting.
  • Natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM management.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, and Google Workspace.
  • Aspirations to grow into a VP of Sales or VP of Revenue.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and conferences.
