Overview

Rockerbox is hiring a seasoned Head of Sales to spearhead our next phase of revenue growth. This pivotal role in our leadership team is more than just managing sales; it's about creating and executing a vision that scales our revenue to mid 8-figure revenues and beyond.

In Short

  • Responsible for net new revenue acquisition.
  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
  • Utilize and integrate appropriate sales tools to streamline processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategies for market expansion.
  • Conduct regular sales training and development initiatives.
  • Engage in product development discussions to provide valuable insights.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales leadership within SaaS, specifically in adtech or martech.
  • Demonstrated success scaling net new revenue to achieve ARR growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team.
  • Strong strategic thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics.
