Overview

This role is focused on improving customer experience and product adoption for Ashby's biggest clients in the Americas, specifically in the PST time zone.

In Short

  • Guide Ashby's largest customers to enhance product adoption and customer health.
  • Become a product and domain expert to assist customers in utilizing Ashby effectively.
  • Support implementation and adoption of complex technologies in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from executives to new users.
  • Provide deep insights into customer needs and advocate for them internally.
  • Teach and consult on product usage and business outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed operations and timely follow-ups.
  • Utilize tools and technology to maximize efficiency.
  • Continuously seek improvements through data analysis.

Requirements

  • At least five years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level customers.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on internal operations.
  • Adept at navigating customer relationships and providing tailored solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
