Overview

The Head of Solutions Engineering will lead and scale a global sales engineering team, supporting the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Requirements

• Experience leading SEs in a SaaS environment

• Experience with technical discovery and RFPs
• Interest in talent acquisition and ATS workflows
• Ability to work across time zones
• Willingness to dive deep into product details
• Experience in building SE infrastructure
• Track record of turning customer insights into actionable feedback
