Overview

As the Head of Global Solutions Engineering at Vanta, you will lead and scale our global Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architecture teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, driving Vanta’s expansion into the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Requirements

• 10+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering leadership.
• Experience leading global teams in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Expertise in security, compliance, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong track record with Enterprise and Mid-Market customers.
• Hands-on leader with strategic and technical skills.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
